Dual-Barrel Cartridges, Applicator Guns & Mixing Tips

Sanford Distributing carries a
full line of dual-barrel cartridges. Sizes available for equal
volume systems are: 50 ml (1.5 ounces), 300 ml
(10+ ounces), 600 ml (20+ ounces) and 1500 ml (50+ ounces). Also
available is a 50 ml cartridge for 2:1 or 1:2 systems. Static
mixers, which affix to the cartridges, are available in a variety of
lengths and mixer sizes. Applicator guns are also available for
either manual or pneumatic processing. These dual-barrel cartridge
systems provide fast, easy dispensing of pre-measured two-part
systems with applications ranging from bonding to sealing to crack
injection to potting and encapsulating. |

- Remove cap from cartridge

- Install mixing tip
- Place cartridge in
applicator gun
- Depress gun trigger for
perfectly mixed and measured adhesive
- Place cap on tip for storage
- Cartridges can also be used
with meter mix dispensing equipment
